Our Oysters

Growing on the bottom gives our oysters that nostalgic mineral taste of a wild oyster, while rich inlet provides them with a constant flow of sea water which gives our oysters a briney start with a smooth mineral finish.

If you're looking for classic salty oysters, you came to the right place.

  • Named after my grandpa's scuppernong wine, these oysters are deeply cupped and versatile. Many oyster lovers eat these raw, or throw them on the grill with plenty of room to be loaded up with goodness.
